Jillian joined Hillcrest Animal Hospital in 2009 as a kennel assistant after relocating to Little Rock from Western Kentucky. She fell in love with all things vet med and became the hospital manager in 2011. 

In July 2022, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associates in Applied Science Veterinary Technician.

Most recently she completed business and management education requirements which allowed her to sit for the national CVPM test. She obtained her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) certification thru the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association in August, becoming 1 of 4 individuals in Arkansas to obtain the certification.

You can find Jillian in many areas of the hospital, patient care being her favorite ‘space’. She has a special interest in reproduction, and is happy to answer breeding  related questions.

Outside of the clinic, Jillian enjoys spending time with her family and pets and riding her horses.
